What is Collaborate Ensure?

Collaborate Ensure is built for organisations that manage their own projects, set documentation requirements, and deliver complete FM handovers. It gives you full control over documentation workflows, visibility across suppliers and sub-contractors, and tools to meet both client and regulatory requirements.

Ensure is designed for contractors with larger or more complex documentation responsibilities.

With Collaborate Ensure, you can:

  • Follow up progress using dashboards
  • Coordinate documentation across multiple suppliers
  • Prepare consistent FM handovers

How Ensure Works in Practice

  1. Set requirements
    You define what documentation is needed for each project and each sub-contractor or supplier.
  2. Follow up and track progress
    Dashboards show what is missing, what has been approved, and where attention is needed.
  3. Manage sub-contractors and suppliers
    Invite sub-contractors and suppliers, send requests, and collaborate directly in the platform.
  4. Resolve deviations
    Track and close deviations with full transparency.
  5. Deliver FM documentation
    Build professional handover packages on a structured template.

 

What does NOT change?

  • Your current projects remain available
  • Your data is safe and untouched
  • Your workflows work as usual
  • Your user access and login stay the same
  • No action is required from you

At renewal:

  • Your price adjusts according to our price terms, read more here.
  • New package activates automatically without disturbing your current structure
  • No action is needed from your side

Collaborate Ensure gives you additional control and management tools, but you decide when and how to use them.

  • Why was I placed in Ensure?
    Because your account has project-level responsibility for documentation and requirements.
  • Will anything change in how I use the platform?
    No. Your workflows remain intact, and new tools are available when you need them.
  • Is training required?
    No. The structure is intuitive, but you can request a walk-through if helpful.
  • What about pricing?
    Your updated price applies at renewal and reflects your package level, general cost development and your company revenue.
  • What if Collaborate Ensure is not the right fit?
    Contact your KAM and your setup can be adjusted if your needs change.
