The Invitation Manager role can be assigned to existing users in addition to their Collaborate role.
A user with this role can invite other users directly to projects without involving a platform administrator. This helps speed up onboarding and creates a more efficient workflow.
Please note that Invitation Managers can only invite users to specific projects and cannot manage access across the platform.
Go to Team Members after logging in.
Find the user you want to update by searching the list, then click the three dots to the right of the user and select User Details.
Under Role in platform, check Invitation Manager and click Save to confirm the change.
