How to check the status of your NSE products

Last Updated: July 18, 2025

Go to your project and click on the Nordic Swan Ecolabel requirements icon from the menu to the left:

An overview of all products on the project which are relevant for NSE Ecolabel will appear:

The NSE status column provides information about the product’s status according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

If you click on the status symbol a window will appear with more details.

The View details status indicates that the product is a Declared Item and available for use in New buildings (generation 4).

The status View details with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel in front indicates that the product is Nordic Swan Ecolabelled.

The status Deviation shows that the product is not a declared item in the Supply Chain Declaration Portal.

The status Missing GTIN shows that the product is missing a GTIN number.

Above the table you can see an overview of how many products are missing an assessment that are not Declared Items in SCDP and are missing GTIN numbers.

If you click on any of these categories, you will be redirected to Deviations. There you can check the products and send feedback by clicking on the three dots to the right and select Request product information.

This generates an email template with automatically generated content informing that there is a product deviation in relation to the NSE requirements.

The manufacturer’s e-mail address is pre-filled based on the latest available data. Note that it may be outdated, so we recommend that you add more recipients as needed. Press Send when you are done.
