Welcome to Cobuilder Training Portal
Go to your project and click on the NS Ecolabel products icon from the menu to the left:
An overview of all products on the project which are relevant for NS Ecolabel will appear:
The NS Ecolabel status column shows whether the product has missing GTIN number or is missing in the SWAN product portal.
If you click on the status symbol a window will appear with more details:
There is a summary above the table which shows the number of products which are missing in the SWAN product portal, and the number of products with missing GTIN number:
If you click on any of this categories you will be redirected to Deviations. You will be able to check products and send feedback to the manufacturer/supplier. Click on the menu to the right of the product and select Send feedback:
In the window that comes up you just need to fill in e-mail of the recipient and click on Send:
