In Cobuilder Supply, you can easily create new products and fill in all relevant information and documentation so that the product is ready to be used and shared in projects with other actors.
To create a new product, go to Products from the main menu and click Create Product.
You will then be guided through a step-by-step process to enter all the necessary information.
Please note that Country, Product name and Manufacturer product code are mandatory fields.
You also have the option to enter additional information such as GTIN, NOBB, EL number, or NRF number, if available for the product.
Under Product photos you can choose to Upload New Photo or Attach Existing Photo.
Assign product type and fill in properties
After entering the basic information, you can proceed with the Properties tab, where you will assign the product type. This step is crucial to ensure correctly structured product data and gives you access to properties that are relevant to the product. Once the product type has been selected, you can start filling out values in the product view using Cobuilder’s predefined Data Templates.
If you want more information about a specific property, click on the i-symbol next to it for guidance and definition.
Add documents
In the last tab, Documents, you can:
- Upload new documents, or
- Link to existing files that have already been uploaded to the system.
Once all the information has been entered, click Create Product to save. Your product will now be visible under the Products tab and ready for further use, sharing and follow-up.
