Go to a project and click on the Products tab:

Click on Export and select Product documentation

Select the documents you wish to filter by and click on Apply:

You will see a list of all the products which have one or more of these document types connected to them. You see the number of all the products summed up above and you have Select all-button which selects all the results. You have however the option to exclude products by deselecting them.

In order to export the products, click on the button Export selected products:

You can choose whether you would like to export just the product list or a ZIP file with the documentation itself, together with the product list.

The ZIP-file can be structured:

• by product name: the documents are grouped in folders bearing the product name
• by document type: the documents are grouped in folders bearing the document type name
• by supplier: the documents will be sorted by supplier.

You can choose whether you want to download the information directly or have it sent to you by email. You can also send it to another recipient.

Tap Export at the end.
