Go to My projects.
Search for your project and click on it.
Select Chemicals in order to open the list with the Safety Data Sheets which are added to the project.
Click on the QR code poster-option:
Download the file and print it:
The QR Code will always show the updated Chemical list. In order to scan the QR code you only need a smart phone. When you scan the QR code you will be redirected to a page where you find two tabs – one with the Safety Data Sheets (Kjemikalier) and one with Project Details (Prosjektdetaljer):
In the tab Kjemikalier you can see the list with Safety Data Sheets. You can choose to download the full version (Originalt SDS) or the simplified version (Forenklet SDS):
You can also open the risk assessments performed for the SDS by clicking on the result next to Risikostyring:
You will be redirected to the following page where you can see a detailed explanation of the risk assessment:
You can sort the SDS-documents by SDS name. You can also filter them by Manufacturer (Produsent), Product type (Produkttype) or Accountable (Ansvarlig). You can do it by clicking on the Filter-symbol:
If you want to update the contact on the QR code poster, you need to change the Contact person in Manage project settings and users:
