How to perform an assessment of NSE products on a project

Last Updated: July 18, 2025

You can close NSE product deviations by performing an assessment on the product.

If the product has status Deviation or Missing GTIN according to NSE requirements, and you perform an assessment, it will be excluded from the Deviations-counter on the Dashboard and from the Deviations menu. This way you will be able to easily see which deviations have already been closed and which ones need to be addressed.

Go to your project and click on the NSE requirements icon from the menu to the left:

An overview of all products on the project which are relevant for the NSE Requirements will appear:

Click on the three dots next to the product and choose View user assessment in order to start an assessment of a particular product:

In the next window, you can see the status of the product’s requirements and available documents.

In the All documents tab, you will find all related product documentation that may be relevant to the assessment. You can download the documents to check them.

You can then assess the product by clicking New Assessment.

Select the status of the assessment and add a comment if you wish. You can also add an external document that is relevant to the assessment. Finally, click Save.

Click Show history to check the assessment performed.

Back in the main NSE status-menu you will be able to check the assessments’ status as well.
