Go to My projects.
Search for your project and click on it.

Click on the Invite company-button.

Search for the company by company name, number or email and click on the Invite button.

You can select to search among all companies, companies marked as favourites, or companies which have recently been invited to other projects.

You can also search by the company’s email.

If the desired company does not appear in the search, you can invite them via email by clicking on Invite by email.

Then you will have to write the company’s email and company number. Click on Invite.

You can check if the company has accepted the invitation and which products they have delivered by clicking on the truck symbol from the menu to the left.

Here you can view all invited companies and invitations sent.

If the company has not accepted the invitation yet, you can send them a reminder.
