What is Collaborate Ensure?

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

Collaborate Ensure is designed for companies that manage their own projects, set documentation requirements, and deliver complete FM handovers. It gives you full control over your documentation flow, visibility across suppliers and subcontractors, and the tools to meet both customer and regulatory requirements.

Note: No action is required from you. At your next renewal, your account will automatically move to the Collaborate Ensure package — your login, projects, data, and workflows stay the same.

Collaborate Ensure is designed for contractors with larger or more complex documentation responsibilities.

What you can do

With Collaborate Ensure, you can:

  • Define and manage documentation requirements
  • Track progress via project and company dashboards
  • Coordinate documentation across multiple suppliers
  • Prepare and deliver structured FM handovers
  • Register, follow up on, and resolve deviations
  • Request SDS and EPD documentation
  • Use checklists and internal templates
  • Handle BREEAM or Nordic Swan documentation (where relevant)

How Collaborate Ensure works in practice

1

Set requirements – you define which documentation each subcontractor and supplier in the project must deliver.

2

Track status and progress – dashboards show what’s missing, what’s approved, and where follow-up is needed.

3

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers – invite parties, send requests, and collaborate directly through the platform.

4

Handle deviations – view, track, and close deviations with full transparency.

5

Deliver FM documentation – build professional, structured handover packages based on templates.

What doesn’t change:

  • Your existing projects remain accessible
  • All your data stays secure and untouched
  • Your workflow is unchanged
  • Your access level and login stay the same

The new package only adjusts the structure so it better matches your responsibilities and gives you a clearer user experience.

What happens at renewal?

At renewal:

  • Your account follows the Collaborate Ensure package
  • Your price adjusts according to our pricing terms, read more here
  • The platform structure updates automatically
