This guide is designed for wholesalers and provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Product Import Template. Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth and accurate import of product data into Cobuilder’s platform.

Once you have completed the template, please send it to support@cobuilder.no, where it will be processed by our support team.

The template allows you to import a wide range of product information, such as:

• Product names and identifiers
• Manufacturer details
• Logistic data (price unit, packaging unit, etc.)

Step 1: Download the Product Import Template

Step 2: Review the Help Sheet

Inside the template, you will find a Help sheet that provides important guidance. It explains:

• Which fields are mandatory and which are optional
• The correct format for each field

Tip: Carefully review the Help sheet before you begin filling out the template. This will save time and reduce errors during processing.

Step 3: Complete the Template

Fill in the required information in the template according to the guidelines. Pay special attention to:

• Ensuring mandatory fields are completed
• Following the correct formats for data (e.g., product codes, packaging units, etc.)
• Double-checking for typos or missing values

Step 4: Submit the Template

Once completed:

1. Save the file.
2. Send it as an attachment to support@cobuilder.no
3. The support team will review and process your submission.
