Always check the figures under without assessment<\/strong> \u2014 they show what’s still open.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> 1<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> Go to My projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> 2<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> Search for the project you want and click it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> 3<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> Go to the Products<\/strong> and Chemicals<\/strong> panels on the project dashboard, and look for deviations without assessment<\/strong> in each category.<\/p>\n<\/div> This gives you a combined overview of all unresolved deviations in the project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> Depending on which requirements have been set for the project, you may see deviations related to:<\/p>\n<\/div> If chemicals have been delivered to the project that don’t comply with the filter, they appear under Chemical requirements<\/strong> in the Chemical list<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div> Click the red deviation mark to read more about the deviation.<\/p>\n<\/div> To resolve the deviation, create a risk assessment: go to Risk management > My risk management<\/strong>, find the chemical in the list, and click Assess<\/strong>. See a separate article for how to perform a risk assessment.<\/p>\n<\/div> Once the risk assessment is complete, the chemical deviation closes and is removed from the deviation count on the project dashboard.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> If the project has a BREEAM filter, you may get deviations on products that don’t meet the requirements, for example because:<\/p>\n<\/div> The BREEAM<\/strong> category has two lists:<\/p>\n<\/div> BREEAM deviations can be closed in three ways:<\/p>\n<\/div> Check and add recipients before sending \u2014 the manufacturer’s email address is pre-filled based on our latest available data, but it may be outdated. If the manufacturer already has a Cobuilder Supply account, they’re asked to log in and upload it there. If they don’t have an account, they’re invited to register.<\/p>\n The Legislative<\/strong> category has two lists: products missing a safety data sheet (SDS), and products missing a declaration of performance (DoP).<\/p>\n<\/div> You close the deviation the same way as for BREEAM deviations: request product information from the manufacturer, or upload the documentation yourself \u2014 both from the menu to the right of the product.<\/p>\n<\/div> After upload, the document is reviewed, and you’ll get an email once the result is ready.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> Safety data sheets (SDS):<\/span> Only SDSs issued in 2021 or later are accepted.
