Before you start:<\/span> You must have the Platform administrator<\/strong> role to add, edit, and deactivate users in the organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Go to the user overview<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Once you’re logged in, go to Team members<\/strong>. This opens an overview of all users in your organisation, which you can filter by name, email, user role, or status.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Click the three dots to the right of the user, then select User details<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Choose the role you want from the list of available Collaborate roles, then click Save<\/strong> to confirm the change.<\/p>\n<\/div>

From here, you can also grant the user access to the Cobuilder App.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Deactivate a user<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

You can deactivate users who should no longer have access to the company profile:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Click the three dots to the right of the user.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Select Deactivate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

If you want to remove a user from the list entirely, this needs to be handled by support. Contact us at support@cobuilder.no<\/a> and we’ll send you a data processing form. Once it’s completed, we can proceed with deleting the personal data in line with our policies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
