If you can’t find the product you’re looking for when searching by product name or identifiers such as construction object, GTIN, SDS name, or manufacturer, you can send us a product request.

How to do it

1

Search the project by product name, product number, manufacturer, or construction object. If the search doesn’t return a match, click Request new product.

2

Fill in the product details, upload the relevant document(s), and click Send.

3

You’ll need to select a document type for each file you upload before you can submit the request.

✓ The request is sent to the Support team for processing. You’ll receive an email as soon as the product has been created in our system, and it will automatically be added to the project you sent the request from.

Tip:

You can also visit Supply to compare products, filter by certifications, and explore manufacturer pages with detailed product passports. Copy an identifier, then return to Collaborate to add it to your project.
