You can log your employees’ exposures in the exposure register in Collaborate. All data from the exposure register in the old ProductXchange module has been moved to Cobuilder Collaborate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Note:<\/span> Only users with the Company admin with Exposure register management<\/strong> role can edit the exposure register. See Managing users and roles<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Go to HSE Management<\/strong> in the top menu and select Exposure register<\/strong>. Find the employee in the list and click Add exposure<\/strong> next to their name.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Job role<\/strong> is filled in automatically if the employee already has one, but you can also click Add job role<\/strong>. Under Select project<\/strong>, choose the project the employee works on. The Address<\/strong> is filled in from the project. If the project has no address yet, click Add location<\/strong> and enter the latitude and longitude.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Choose a Type of exposure<\/strong>. If you choose Chemicals<\/strong>, you can tick Show only Chemicals for exposure registration<\/strong>. Then choose the chemical, and fill in Concentration of the chemical substance<\/strong>, Exposure level<\/strong> and Frequency of use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Note:<\/span> The fields change depending on the type you choose. For example, Asbestos<\/strong> asks for Date for health examination<\/strong> and Name of doctor<\/strong> instead of the chemical fields.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Under Period of exposure<\/strong>, enter the From<\/strong> date. If the project isn’t finished yet, you can leave To<\/strong> empty. Add a Comment<\/strong> if needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Click Add<\/strong>, then click Confirm<\/strong> to confirm that the information is correct. Once the exposure is saved, you can only change the end date, and only while the exposure hasn’t ended.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
