Follow these steps to create a new project in Cobuilder Collaborate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Create the project<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Go to My projects<\/strong> from the main menu and click Create project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Fill in the mandatory fields: Project name<\/strong>, Project ID<\/strong>, Start date<\/strong>, Project Type<\/strong>, Street address<\/strong>, City<\/strong> and Postal code<\/strong>. Region \/ Subsidiary \/ Project<\/strong> and the contact person\u2019s phone number are optional, and you can add a second contact person if you like. Click Create<\/strong> when you\u2019re done.<\/p>\n<\/div>

You\u2019ll land on the project\u2019s dashboard. From here, you can invite suppliers or subcontractors under Invited companies<\/strong>, or start adding products and setting documentation requirements under Products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Set requirements<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Project requirements are managed under Requirements<\/strong> in the left-hand menu. There you\u2019ll find five types: Chemical requirements<\/strong>, Sustainability reporting module<\/strong>, Facility management<\/strong>, BREEAM-NOR requirements<\/strong> and Nordic Swan Ecolabel (NSE) requirements<\/strong> \u2013 each with its own dedicated page for managing or setting it up.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Go to Manage users<\/strong> to see who already has access.<\/p>\n<\/div>
