The Chemical list gives you a full overview of every chemical registered on a project, and makes it easy to check whether each one meets the project’s chemical requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Go to My projects<\/strong> and select the project.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Click Chemical list<\/strong> in the left-hand menu. This opens a combined list of all the safety data sheets (SDS) linked to your products.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Understand the SDS status<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Each safety data sheet gets a status based on whether it complies with the chemical filters set for the project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

If a safety data sheet contains substances that don’t meet the requirements, a red Deviation<\/strong> button appears in the Chemical requirements<\/strong> column.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Click the button to see which substances trigger the deviation.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Note:<\/span> To handle the deviation, go to Risk management > My risk management<\/strong> and carry out a risk assessment of the chemical.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Once a chemical has been risk assessed, a shield icon appears next to the Deviation<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Note:<\/span> The Deviation<\/strong> status stays after the risk assessment, because the substance is still covered by the project’s chemical requirements. The chemical does, however, move from the Deviations without assessment<\/strong> filter to Assessed deviation<\/strong>, so that filter only shows deviations that still need to be handled.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Filter the overview<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Click Filter menu<\/strong> and open the Chemical requirements<\/strong> filter to narrow down the list. Tick the option you want and click Apply<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
