After selecting an object in the \u201cAdd new LOIN<\/strong>\u201d page, you can choose the properties that must be delivered. Here are your options:<\/p>\n

Properties Related to Prerequisites<\/strong>: A shortlist of properties that are relevant in the Define data dictionary for your selected combination.<\/p>\n

Properties Related to Objects<\/strong>: Properties from the Data Dictionary that are associated with \u00a0the selected objects.<\/p>\n

All Define Properties<\/strong>: The full list of properties from the Define data dictionary.<\/p>\n

Each property comes with its attributes such as Description, Unit, Mappings to classifications, Enumerated values, and more. You can even edit Enumerated Values after selecting a Define property for your information requirement.<\/p>\n

To create an Alphanumerical requirement<\/strong>, you need to select an object, at least one property, and at least one of the prerequisites, be it Milestones<\/strong>, Purposes<\/strong>, or Actors<\/strong>. The selected properties will be required for all selected objects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nNavigate to the page with your information requirements and click on the \u201cAdd New\u201d button. This action will open the modal where you can create new requirements for your objects.<\/p>\n

Select the Object:<\/strong>
\nTo begin, you must first select at least one object. This is necessary before you can define the classification requirements for that object. Once your object is selected, proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n

Defining Classification Requirements:<\/strong>
\nIn this step, you can choose to copy classification requirements directly from the Define Data dictionary. If your object originates from the Define Data dictionary, it will come with related classifications, which you can adopt directly. You have the flexibility to add or remove classifications according to your project needs. Note that the available classifications are based on the preferences set in your project settings.
