Keep Your Project Updated with Cobuilder Link

Ensuring your project’s objects and properties are aligned with the latest standards is essential for maintaining data accuracy. Cobuilder Link makes it easy to update your project with the newest definitions, classification codes, and attributes from the Define data dictionary. Here’s how you can do it:

Start with Your Project List:
Navigate to your list of projects in Cobuilder Link. Find the project you want to update, and click on the project menu, represented by three vertical dots next to the project name.

Initiate the Update:
From the dropdown menu, select “Update Objects and Properties.” This action will prompt a pop-up window, asking you to confirm the update.

Confirm and Update:
Click “Confirm” to start the update process. It’s important to note that while properties will retain their existing mappings and values, all objects and properties with newer versions or additional context-specific attributes will be updated. During this process, your project will be temporarily unavailable to ensure everything is updated smoothly.

Wait for Completion:
Depending on the size of your project, the update might take a few minutes. Once completed, your project will be fully up to date with the latest definitions and standards.
