How to share your products

Cobuilder Supply makes it easy to collaborate and share information. You can share your entire product overview, or individual products with documentation and associated data, with colleagues, partners, or other stakeholders.

If you want to share all your products with others, click the Share button in the upper right corner.

A link will be generated that leads directly to your product overview. You can:

  • Copy the link and share it manually.
  • Send the link via email by entering the recipient’s email address, clicking Add, and then Send.

The person will then receive an automatic email with the access link.

If you want to share only one product, go to it and select Share.

A unique link to the product will then be generated and you can:

  • Copy the link and share it.
  • Send the link via email:

Important things to note

  • All shared links provide access to view product data – not edit it.
  • You can share with as many people as you want, and the other party does not need to be registered in Cobuilder.
  • For secure sharing, make sure the email addresses are correct before sending.
