You can generate company level reports on Project status, Chemicals, Risk management, BREEAM projects, Products, Supplier status and Sustainability reporting.
Go to Reports from the main menu.
Tap on Select report
We can start with the Chemical report. The report shows all active chemicals under the selected org. element and whether they are in breach with the company requirement. You need to select level in the company hierarchy (region or subsidiary), set time period and add additional users if you wish. The report is sent to te user who is logged in.
After you have filled in the required fields you will notice that the button Generate report is now enabled. Click on it.
You will receive an email right away notifying you that the report is being generated. You will receive another email with a download link as soon as the report is ready.
The report is divided into two sheets: chemicals added by your organization and chemicals added by your subcontractors:
For the reports on Project status, Risk management and BREEAM projects you can choose only the org. element.
The Project status report shows main details of all the active projects placed under the selected org. element:
The report on Risk management shows data on total number of delivered SDS’es and for how many of them the company have completed risk management. You will also see to sections to the right where the SDS’es er divided based on presence or absence of deviation:
The BREEAM projects-report shows all active projects with BREEAM requirements under the selected organisation element and the most important KPIs.
The Products report shows all active products under the selected org. element, what kind of environmental documents they have and whether they are missing required legislative documentation. It is divided in two sheets for the responsibility of the main contractor and the responsibility of the subcontractors.
The Supplier status report shows all active invitations to projects under the selected org. element and their status.
The Sustainability report shows key product data for CSRD compliance with a dedicated focus on climate and environmental criteria under ESRS sections (E1-5).
