You can generate company-level reports on project status, sustainability, chemicals, risk management, invited companies, BREEAM projects, and products. Reports pull data from every project under a selected unit in your company hierarchy, so you don’t have to open each project individually.
How to generate a report

Go to Reports in the top menu.

Click Select report and choose the report you want to generate.

Select a unit in your company hierarchy. For the Chemical report and the Products report you can also set a time period, and you can add extra recipients if you want the report emailed to someone besides yourself.

Once the required fields are filled in, Generate report turns active. Click it to start the report.

You’ll get an email as soon as the report starts generating, and another with a download link once it’s ready.
Report types
Chemical report
Shows all active chemicals for the selected unit (if no period is set), or all active chemicals registered within a specific period, and whether they comply with company-level requirements. The report is in Excel format, split into two sheets: one for the main contractor’s responsibilities and one for subcontractors’.
The Project status, Risk management, and BREEAM projects reports only need a unit selected — each shows data for that unit alone.
Project status report
Shows all active projects under the selected unit, along with the most important KPIs for each project.
Risk management report
Shows the number of risk assessments performed on the projects under the selected unit, carried out by both the main contractor and the subcontractors.
BREEAM projects report
Shows all active projects with BREEAM requirements under the selected unit, along with the most important KPIs.
Products report
Shows all active products under the selected unit, what environmental documentation they have, and whether they’re missing required legislative documentation. You can also limit it to a time period. It’s split into two sheets: one for the main contractor’s responsibilities and one for subcontractors’.
Invited companies status report
Shows all active invitations to projects under the selected unit and their status.
Sustainability report
Shows key product data for CSRD compliance, with a dedicated focus on climate and environmental criteria under the ESRS sections (E1–5). Unlike the other reports, here you only select a year — there’s no separate field for organizational unit.
