DPP Dashboard Based on the Digitalization of DoP Data

With this functionality, you can get an overall overview of the DPP status of all your products in a dedicated dashboard, based on the digitalization of DoP data. The dashboard provides insight into which products meet the requirements, which are in progress, and which are missing necessary information.

Go to Requirements dashboard to see the status of your products.

Click on Digitized DoP

Here, you can check to what extent your products comply with DPP requirements in Cobuilder.

You can adjust the view to show only products used in projects in Cobuilder Collaborate, allowing you to prioritize those products.

At the bottom of the page, you will find an overview of the most frequently used products and their current DPP status.

You can filter the products by clicking Filters and selecting the relevant status:

  • Ready – The product meets all requirements.
  • In Progress – Some of the requirements are fulfilled.
  • Yet to Start – None of the requirements are fulfilled.

After filtering the products, you can choose to view or edit the values for a product by selecting:

  • View Digitized DoP
  • Edit Digitized DoP

You will then be redirected to the product properties, where you can add any missing values.
