In Cobuilder Collaborate, you can quickly see which products in your project meet the BREEAM requirements, and which are still missing documentation or waiting for assessment.
Open the overview

Go to your project and click BREEAM products in the menu on the left.

You’ll see an overview of all products whose product type is included in a BREEAM group. The BREEAM requirement status column shows whether each product has the relevant BREEAM documents connected to it.
Understand the statuses
Click a product’s status to open a panel with the details for Mat 02 and Hea 02.
View details
The product is connected to one or more BREEAM documents. Click View details to see which documents are available.
Missing documentation
The product is missing BREEAM documents for Mat 02 or Hea 02. Click the status to see what’s missing and which document types close the requirement.
Deviation
The product contains substances from the chemical lists used by BREEAM, or has no safety data sheet. Click the status to see the cause.
Missing documentation for audit
The product has documentation that doesn’t close the requirement automatically. It must be assessed manually first.
Documentation for evaluation
The product has documentation that can be used, but it must be assessed manually before the requirement is closed.
