With product data verification, you get full control over the quality of the information you share. You can easily see which products are already verified and which ones need review. By confirming or correcting AI-extracted data, you ensure high data quality and increase your customers’ trust.
1. Find products that need verification

Go to the product list (Products).

Look at the Verification status column. A green shield means Verified product data, and a red shield means Not verified product data.

Products with a red shield (Not verified product data) need to be reviewed.
2. Open the product

Click a product with the status Not verified product data.

On the product page, you’ll find the Verify product data button in the top-right corner.
3. Review AI-extracted data

On the Properties tab, values extracted with AI are marked with an AI icon.

Select AI-extracted data in the filter above the list to show only these properties.

Review the values carefully. If a value is wrong, click Edit and correct it directly in the field.
4. Confirm the verification

Click Verify product data. A confirmation dialog opens, where you confirm that the property values for the product are correct.

Click Confirm.

The product now has the status Verified product data, and its shield in the product list turns green automatically.

For a quick overview, open Filters and use the Verification status filter to show only Verified products or Not verified products.
