How to verify your product data

With the new product data verification feature, you get full control over the quality of the information you share. You can easily see which products are already verified and which ones need review. By validating or correcting AI-extracted data, you ensure high data quality and increase your customers’ trust.

How to verify product data

1. Find products that need verification

  • Go to Products
  • Look at the Verification status column.
  • Products marked as Not verified product data require review.

2. Open the product

  • Click a product with Not verified status
  • On the product page, you’ll find the Verify product data button.

3. Review AI-extracted data

  • When you open the verification view, you’ll see all data extracted using AI.
  • Review the information carefully.
  • Validate the data that is correct, and edit any errors directly in the fields.

4. Confirm the verification

  • When all data is correct, click Confirm.
  • The product will now be marked as Verified.
  • The verification status in the overview updates automatically.

You can also use the filter to show only Verified or Not verified products for a quick overview.
