Last Updated: October 26, 2026

This article explains who is responsible for the content in Cobuilder Supply, and why you may see products or documents you didn’t register yourself.

Who is responsible for the content?

As a registered user of Cobuilder Supply, you are responsible for all content linked to your company. This includes products, documents and any other information registered under your company registration number.

Why do I see products or documents I didn’t register?

When you register in Cobuilder Supply with your company registration number, there may already be products or documents linked to your company. This usually happens for one of these reasons:

1

Imported by a wholesaler or distributor
A wholesaler or distributor has uploaded their product list, named your company as the manufacturer and set your company registration number as the owner. They may also have linked the products to relevant documentation to meet documentation requirements.

2

Registered by a Cobuilder Collaborate user
A Cobuilder Collaborate user has registered products with your company registration number as the owner, so the products can be added to projects in Collaborate. These products may also have documentation linked to them to meet requirements.
