The Documents tab gives you a complete overview of the documentation associated with your products in Cobuilder Supply. Here you can efficiently search, filter, and sort documents to find what you need.

Finding documents
You can easily find a specific document by:

• Using the search field: Enter relevant keywords to search for document title, type, or other related information.
• Filtering by document type: For example, you can select EPD to see all environmental declarations.
• Filtering by activation status:
  • Active documents
  • Expired documents

For more targeted document management, you can:

• Filter by owner (Supplier): View documents depending on who is responsible.
• Sort the document list by:
  • Document Name
  • Type
  • Added Date
  • Other available columns

Example: Find all EPDs in alphabetical order.

If you only want to see environmental product declarations:

1. Go to the Documents tab.
2. Use the document type filter and select EPD.
3. Click on the Document Name column to sort the list alphabetically.

This will give you a neat and clear list of all your EPD documents.
