The Documents tab gives you a full overview of the documentation linked to your products in Cobuilder Supply. Here you can search, filter and sort documents to quickly find what you need.
Find documents
You can easily find a specific document by:
- Using the search field: enter keywords in Search documents to search by document title, type or other related information.
- Filtering by document type: for example, select EPD – Environmental Product Declaration under Document type to see all your environmental declarations.
- Filtering by activation status: under Activation status, choose Active, Expired or All (Active + Expired).
For more targeted document management, you can:
- Filter by ownership status: under Ownership status, choose Owned (documents you own) or Not Owned (documents owned by others).
- Sort the document list: click the column heading Document name, Revision date, Added date, Expiration or Supplier to sort the list.
Example: find all EPDs in alphabetical order

Go to the Documents tab.

Use the Document type filter and select EPD – Environmental Product Declaration.

Click the Document name column heading to sort the list alphabetically.
