Welcome to Cobuilder Training Portal
Under the Products tab, you will find a complete overview of all the products you have created in Cobuilder Supply. From here, you can easily search, filter, edit, and check the documentation status for each individual product.
At the top of the page, you can search for products using keywords or numbers, such as product name, product number, or GTIN. You can also filter the list based on product type and choose whether you want to see all products, only active products, or only expired products.
In the left bottom corner you have the option to choose the number of results shown per page.
The product list is structured in the following columns:
- Name – the name of the product
- Construction object – product type, if assigned
- Manufacturer No./ GTIN
- Used in – which country
- Documents
- Status of requirements
You can sort the list by all of these columns, making it easy to find the information you need.
In the Requirements Status column, you will find the status of requirements and documentation for each product. Here you can quickly see whether the product:
- Has linked mandatory documentation (e.g. DoP or SDS)
- Has linked environmental documentation (for BREEAM or sustainability reporting)
- Is missing documentation
What do the colors in the deviation display mean?
Cobuilder Supply uses a color system to show the status of requirement fulfillment:
- Red – No requirements are fulfilled
- Orange – Some requirements are fulfilled
- Green – All requirements are fulfilled
- No requirements: The product does not have any specific requirements
