Give users access to Cobuilder App

Before you start: You must have the Platform administrator role to manage users in the organisation.

How to grant access

Once you’re logged in, go to Team members.

Find the user you want to update by searching the list, then click the three dots to the right of the user and select User details.

In the Cobuilder App section, choose the Mobile app user role, then click Save to confirm the change.

✓ The user now has access to the Cobuilder App and can log in with the Mobile app user role.
