Note that only users with Platform admin user role can manage users in the organisation.
Go to Team members after you have logged in.
You will see an overview of all users in your organisation. You can filter them by name, email, user role and user status.
To edit a user, tap the three dots on the right and select User Details
You will then see an overview of the different user roles. You can select a new role and click Save
The available user roles are as follows:
- Company admin: Manages company settings and all company projects
- Company admin with Exposure register management: Manages company settings, all company projects and Exposure register
- Company user: Views company settings and all company projects
- Project admin: Manages all assigned projects
- Project user: Views all assigned projects
- Region manager: Manages assigned regions settings and projects, as well as all assigned projects
- Region user: Views assigned regions settings and projects, as well as all assigned projects
- No access: Cobuilder Collaborate is not visible on the Platform Dashboard
Here you can also grant users access to Cobuilder APP.
You can deactivate users who should no longer have access to the company profile. In this case, you have to select Deactivate from the three-dot menu here.
If you need to remove users from your user overview, please contact our Support Team at support@cobuilder.no. They will provide you with a data processing form that must be completed to proceed with the deletion of personal data in accordance with our policies.
