How to check deviations on the project

Last Updated: December 29, 2023

Go to My projects.

Find the relevant project and click on it.

Go to Deviations without assessment.

Here you will find five options – check deviations related to Data requirements (if a Data requirements filter is applied on the project), missing legislative documentation, missing BREEAM documentation, NS Ecolabel requirements (if the requirement is added on the project) or deviations related to the chemical filter.

The sections below show products missing documentation and products in breach with the project requirements that have not received  their assessments yet (it can be a risk assessment, or if applicable – BREEAM assessment, NS Ecolabel assessment). If a product is in breach with a certain requirement but has received the respective assessment, it will not appear in the sections below.

If you have added a product that is missing legislative documentation, you will get a corresponding deviation.

In the Legislative category you will find two overviews.

The first one shows the products which are missing a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and the second one – products which are missing a Declaration of Performance (DoP).

You can send feedback to the manufacturer/supplier to let them know you are missing necessary documentation by clicking on the three dots to the right and then on Send feedback:

If a BREEAM filter is enabled on the project, you will also get deviations on BREEAM documentation.

In the BREEAM category you will find two overviews.

The first one shows products which are relevant for meeting requirements in accordance with BREEAM A20, and the second one – products which are relevant for meeting requirements in accordance with BREEAM HEA9/HEA02.

Again you can send feedback to the manufacturer/supplier to let them know you are missing necessary documentation by clicking on the three dots to the right and then on Send feedback:

You will then be presented with an email template with automatically generated content which informs the recipient that the product is missing one or more documents.

You simply have to enter the recipient’s email address and then click on Send. The template will include your email address so that the recipient can contact you if needed.
