How to check deviations on the project

Last Updated: March 31, 2025

Go to My projects. Find the relevant project and click on it.

Go to Deviations without assessment

Here you have several options, depending on the requirements you have specified for the project.

You can choose to check missing legislative documentation, deviations related to the chemical filter, missing BREEAM documentation or deviations related to NS Ecolabel (if you have set up NS Ecolabel requirements).

It is possible to close BREEAM and NS Ecolabel deviations, as well as chemical deviations, by performing an assessment of the product and a risk assessment of the chemical. If a product does not fulfil any of the requirements, but has received the respective assessment, it will not appear in the Deviations menu. The product will also be excluded from the Deviation count on the project dashboard.

There are two lists in the Legislative category. The first applies to products that are missing a safety data sheet (SDS), and the second applies to products that are missing a declaration of performance (DОP).

You can send feedback to the manufacturer/supplier of the product that you are missing a document by clicking on the menu to the right and selecting Request product information

This generates an email template with automatically generated content informing that the product is missing one or more specific documents.

The manufacturer’s email is pre-filled based on our latest available data. Note that it may be outdated or missing, so we recommend that you add additional recipients as needed.

Press Send when ready.

If you have a BREEAM filter on your project, you can also get deviations on BREEAM products that do not fulfil the BREEAM requirements and have not received a BREEAM assessment.

There are two lists in the BREEAM category. The first applies to products that are relevant to fulfil requirements according to MAT 02, and the second applies to products that are relevant to Hea 02.

You can again send feedback to the manufacturer/supplier that the document is missing by clicking on the menu to the right and selecting Request product information

The system now distinguishes between registered and non-registered manufacturers, so you can see the manufacturer’s status when you send the request.

In the menu to the right, you can also check Product information log. There you can see if a request has been sent previously and send a reminder.

If you have chemicals on your project that do not comply with your project’s chemical filter, you will see them in the Chemical requirements tab.

You can click on the red square to find out more about the deviation and then select Create Risk Management from the menu on the right to manage the deviation.
