Go to a project and click on the BREEAM products icon from the menu to the left:
Click on Export all:
You can choose whether you would like to export just the product list or a ZIP file with BREEAM documentation, together with the product list. The ZIP-file can be structured:
- By product name: The documents are grouped in folders bearing the product name
- By document type: The documents are grouped in folders bearing the document type name
You can also choose whether you would like to download the information directly or receive it as a link in an email. You can also send it to a third party.
Click Submit at the end.
