You can export the product list and the BREEAM documentation for a project directly from the BREEAM products page in Cobuilder Collaborate.
How to do it

Go to the project, and click BREEAM products in the menu on the left.

Click Export all.

Choose whether to export only the product list, or a ZIP file with the BREEAM documentation sorted by product name or by document type. To include the product list in the ZIP file, tick Include List of products (.xlsx) – it isn’t included automatically.

Choose whether to download the file right away, or receive a download link by email – to yourself and/or other recipients. Then click Submit.
