How to import products in Supply

Last Updated: July 31, 2025

It is now easier to manage products in Cobuilder Supply using the function to import and update multiple products simultaneously via an Excel template.

Go to Import in the menu at the top of Supply and follow the steps shown.

  • Start by clicking on Download to download the Excel template to your computer.

This template is designed to make it easier to fill in all the necessary product information, while also contributing to more efficient processing at Cobuilder.

Open the file and fill in the relevant information for each product you want to import.

In the help tab in the Excel template, you will find an overview of what each field means, what requirements apply, and what format to use. Make sure that the data is correct and follows the format in the template for the import to work as expected.

When you have finished filling in the file, return to the import area and upload the file. The system will automatically validate the content and notify you if there are any errors, giving you the opportunity to correct them before the import is confirmed.

Remember to select a country in the Country of Use field.

After the file has been verified, choose between two import options:

  • Partial import: Allows you to import new product data without overwriting existing information. Data that is not included in the import file remains unchanged.
  • Full import: Replaces the entire existing data set with new information from the file. Data not included in the import file is set to unknown.

Once you have selected the desired import type, click on Import to complete the upload.

You will then see a message confirming that the verification is in progress.

After importing, you can view an Imports Log with an overview of all previous import files and the status of each one.
