This article shows you how to log in to Cobuilder Collaborate, and how to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it.
Log in

Go to platform.cobuilder.com, fill in your login details, and click Log In.

Can’t remember your password? Click Forgot your password?

Enter your email address and click Continue. You’ll receive an email with information on how to reset your password.

You’ll then receive a confirmation code by email. Check your spam folder, as such emails often end up there. Enter the code and click Continue.

Click Set new password, then enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering it in the second field.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Click Save changes. You’ll be redirected to the login page automatically, where you can log in with your new password.
Troubleshooting: redirected back to the login page
If you’re instead sent back to the login page, check your browser’s cookie settings. Here’s how to do this in Google Chrome:

Open a new window in Google Chrome.

Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select Settings.

Go to Privacy and security in the menu on the left.

Select Delete browsing data to clear stored cookies (or press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open this directly).
