This guide is designed for wholesalers and provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Product Import Template. Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth and accurate import of product data into Cobuilder’s platform.

The template enables you to import a wide range of product information, including product names and identifiers as well as relevant manufacturer information.

How to do it

Download the Product Import Template. You can download the Product Import Template for wholesalers here.

Review the Help Sheet. Inside the template, you will find a Help sheet that provides important guidance. It explains:

  • Which fields are mandatory and which are optional
  • The correct format for each field

Complete the Template. Fill in the required information in the template according to the guidelines. Pay special attention to:

  • Ensuring mandatory fields are completed
  • Following the correct formats for data (e.g., product codes, packaging units, etc.)
  • Double-checking for typos or missing values

Submit the Template. Once completed:

  1. Save the file.
  2. Send it as an attachment to support@cobuilder.no.
  3. The support team will review and process your submission.
