Manage Your API Subscriptions

You can now activate new API subscriptions and generate your API credentials directly through the platform.

How to Activate Your Subscription

Log in to platform.cobuilder.com/login.

Go to Subscription management.

Click on the APIs tab.

Select the API you want to activate and click Details.

Click Activate to confirm you’ve reviewed and agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

✓ The API is now listed as Active, and you can generate credentials for it from Subscription management > APIs.

How to Renew Your API Credentials

When your credentials are nearing expiration (more than one month away), you’ll see a notification after logging in. The link provided takes you directly to the page for generating new credentials.

You can also renew your API credentials at any time by following these steps:

Log in to platform.cobuilder.com/login.

Go to Subscription management.

Click on the APIs tab.

Select the relevant API and click Manage details.

Click Generate API Secret.

Warning: This is your unique Client Secret Key and it is non-recoverable — if you lose it, you have to reset it. Copy and store both the Client ID and the Client Secret Key somewhere safe before closing this dialog.

✓ Your new API credentials are ready to use — copy the Client ID and Client Secret Key into your integration before you close the dialog.
